Drawing in space
Shaped from wire the sculptures created appear like drawings in space, delicate and fragile, Oliveire works with various types of wire, he employs their strength, colors and textures treating it like chalk.
I like the way the wire give the effect that the sculpture is drawn into the space, and although they are 3D they can look 2D depending on what angle your looking at them, I also like how they interact with the objects around them making you feel that they are coming to life.
